To find fish in the game, remember to explore the vast ocean. If you're having trouble locating them, make sure to drive your boat north towards deeper waters. From there, head east or west to search for cover. Smaller fish tend to gather around weeds, logs, or rocks, while larger fish can be found cruising around the deep open areas.
